« This hotel was of poor quality. The interior needs updating. The ice machine was inoperable, the exercise room had one treadmill that was inoperable, the bathroom toilet is extremely low and the exhaust fan was inoperable. The breakfast was very limited. They ran out of food and the selection was very continental. For an Amish area known for food, this was a disappointing experience. The manager was not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We would not want to recommend this hotel to...

« The room was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults to stay in. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay and Expedia did not notify us of this. Hotel provided us with compensation for the inconvenience. »
