« We had a wonderful experience at the home! It was nicely decorated, had everything that we needed, and the kitchen was beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy that was created for that space. The host was great. Good communication and helped us out when we forgot something after we left. We highly recommend this home! »

« This could be a really cute place but it lacks any comfortable seating. The couch in the living room was tiny and low and uncomfortable. There was no kitchen table for games or eating. The sheets had oil stains on them. They would even benefit from small outdoor chairs for evening relaxing. The neighborhood not walkable for coffee or restaurants, but parking was plentiful. The house is a great start. A few more comfortable seats and clean fresh sheets - this would be a comfortable stay. »

« When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 »

« Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV. »

« The property was great. Very quiet and easy to get to. I would recommend parking on the street as that was much easier to get to than the back. The sidewalk in the back is also a little difficult to roll suitcases on but that definitely isn’t the owner of the property’s fault. Bed was comfortable. Upper room was warm but heat rises. When we turned the air on in all the levels, upper room cooled off nicely. »

« We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely.
