'Awful smell in room '

'The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

'At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do.'

'Tub faucet was coming off wall when you turned the shower on ac was set at 62 and room never got cooler than 76'

'I appreciated the +18 hot tub. It was good to escape for a few minutes to have a bit of adult relax time. Staff were very attentive and watchful. Good to go mid-week and before school was out for a less crowded time.'

'Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dining. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortably sized with a great bed perfect after long days at the park. Location is convenient, just a short drive to Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby.'
