'Nice & classy hotel atmosphere with Cozy room ..Close to all the stores & restaurants..was excellent customer service thanks to the ladies who worked the jazz fest wknd .. Definitely would stay again , take care of those tiny ants that would pop out when you least expect ,'

'I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. '

'Very nice hotel in the Cincinnati Airport Area. Recent rooms where clean and very comfortable. Very friendly personnel. There is a lounge and restaurant in the hotel. Nice atmosphere. Free late check-out.'
