'Well before my one night stay, the owner was in contact with me about the rules and things to do around Point Pleasant. Check in was painless and easy.During my stay they offered some free food while i was there, the blueberry muffins they made were amazing.Highly recommended for a warm welcome and stay.'

'Nicely remolded. We had an issues caused by us. The owner was there to help out within an hour. If you stay there do not lock the door lock. It’s not just a pass through knob. We locked it and of course the code meant nothing at that point. Like o said great response and we moved right along. We will stay there again '

"I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. "
