'This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.'

'This home is the perfect place if you want to get away from it all. The pool was clean and in good repair, the pond is stocked with plenty of hungry fish, the outdoor areas are ideal for grilling, bonfires and eating. The home is spacious and comfortable. In town, there is a gas station, dollar general and small menonite market. We enjoyed the kindness and hospitality of the pastor and people at Keense Missionary Baptist Church. 'Peaceful, appealing, land with excellent basic restaurants in Benton, about 8 minutes driving time. The house accommodated 5 sisters in our 70s and 80s comfortably with plenty of room to visit and play dominoes and pet friendly. The side porch is excellent for sitting, chatting, and activities. A dollar general is 3 minutes away for basic supplies. The house is clean, though the bathroom floors and baseboard heaters around the house could at the least use a thorough cleaning. 'It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is great! Sparkling clean and one hundred percent new and upgraded interior. Well appointed kitchen; lots of little extras in the home. We would definitely stay here again.'
