« Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights. »

« The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

"Hôtel super bien située! On a eu quelques difficultés d’ascenseur mais sinon , très propre et déjeuner parfait ! Manque seulement d’assistance pour un vol de sac que notre fille a subi ! Mais sinon, tout était parfait !"

"What is fantastic about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and so easy to get to/back from the shows (all within walking distance). However, this is a hotel in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms are run down, everything is in dear need for a refurbishment. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival. Not great client service"
