A ground-floor studio at The Adelphi with a super king bed, its own bathroom and free parking on site. Shakespeare's Birthplace is an 8 minute walk and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre 11. There's a single sofa bed as well, so couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 3. Guests mention the location, the parking and how clean it is. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The Space:
One room with a super king bed, a single sofa bed, a smart TV and a dining table that doubles as a desk.

The kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave oven, with plates, cutlery and glasses. The ensuite has a walk-in shower.

The studio is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available if you ask.

Guest Access:
The studio is yours, on the ground floor, through the main house's front door and hallway. Parking on site is free, first come first served, with paid street parking close by if it's full.

The Neighborhood:
The Adelphi is on Grove Road, at the edge of the old town. Shakespeare's New Place is a 6 minute walk, his Birthplace 8, Tudor World 9 and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre 11.

Yukikazu, a Japanese restaurant, is 5 minutes away. The Ivy, new on the High Street and already very popular, is 8 minutes away. Bell Court, 6 minutes, has Beleza Rodizio, Miller & Carter and MOR Bakery, and Lambs, The Opposition and The Vintner are together on Sheep Street, 8 minutes. The Windmill is a 5 minute walk and The Stratford Alehouse 6. For breakfast, the Deli Café on Meer Street is 6 minutes.

Getting Around:
Stratford-upon-Avon station is an 8 minute walk, with trains to Birmingham and London Marylebone. By car, Warwick Castle is about 18 minutes and the British Motor Museum at Gaydon about 25.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchenette has no hob or full oven. Parking on site is first come first served.

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £35 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
