Het hotel ligt langs de A19 tussen de weilanden en ongeveer 10 minuten met de auto naar Hartlepool. Er is weinig personeel en zij hebben dan ook meerdere functies. Inchecken ging soepel. Wij hadden kamers aan de kant van de snelweg. Deze waren schoon en er waren genoeg handdoeken. Koffie en thee op de kamer. De naastgelegen snelweg is goed te horen, dit doordat de ramen verrot waren.
