The rooms are large and comfortable, the upstairs terrace is lovely; all the American and Japanese toys from the last fifty years on display are fascinating; roomy, clean kitchen with pleasant, quiet and restful common room area'

'家族旅行で利用しました。駅前で近くに安い駐車場もあったので、快適に過ごせました。 お風呂は予約制ではないので、何度も空いているかを確認に行きましたが、夜も朝も比較的スムーズに利用できました。 あえて改善していただけるなら、部屋のテレビが外国語設定になっていて、YouTubeも言語設定で日本語を選んでもそこから進めない仕様になっていたので、利用できたらなお良かったかなと思いました。'

'非日常を味わうにはお勧めの宿です。離れの一戸建てのため他の宿泊者と会うこともなくゆっくりと過ごせますしスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 お食事は和会席料理でお味は品の良い身体に優しい味付けとなっていました。お部屋の露天風呂と内湯からは壮大な由布岳を眺めることができ鳥のさえずりが聞こえ大満足の宿でした。'

'폭우로 기차가 중간에 운행이 중단됐습니다. 후쿠오카에서 7시간 넘게 돌고 돌아 갔는데 중간에 있는 역까지 와서 픽업을 해주었습니다. 지치고 힘든 일정에 따뜻한 환대와 배려에 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 온천은 매우 훌륭하고 운치가 있습니다. 조식도 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 또 오고 싶습니다.'

'Stayed in a separate room with children. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about the noise from the children because it was a separate room. There was a private hot spring bath, which was very nice. The food was very tasty and there was more than we could eat. The staff were all very kind, friendly to the children, and the service was excellent. All in all, the hot spring resort exceeded my expectations and I would like to return. Thank you very much.'
