'The location is great, safe, close to transit, and plenty of restaurants nearby. However a couple of things: 1. No AC, if the weather is 60 at night, opening the windows works, otherwise it could be warm at night; 2. The bathroom sink leaked when we were there, called the rental company a few times, they never fixed it the whole week we were there; 3. The shower door doesn’t keep water inside, so water get outside to the floor almost every time one showers; 4. They give a couple of shampoo and...

'The apartment was clean and beautiful but it is probably more of a 3 person apartment, as the sofa only accommodates one person. The location is fun and there is easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping and the metro. Communication was great and helpful. It was a great experience. '

'We hebben genoten het appartement was gezellig en knus .Er zou wel bij de advertentie bij moeten staan dat het on top floor is met 102 traptredes zonder lift . Als je slecht ter been bent of je hebt weinig conditie zoals bv COPD dan is dat niet te doen .Je moet geen boodschap vergeten want dan ben je niet blij '

'Nous avons été impressionnés par la réactivité du gérant qui, quand on lui a dit que le matelas était pourri (très vieux et déformé), l'a changé dans la journée. Pourquoi le bien a été mis en location avec un pauvre matelas vu que le changer ne posait pas de problème... cela reste un mystère. Mais encore bravo pour l'envie de satisfaire le client.'

'The apartment is very modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size for 2 ppl to move around in. The pastry shop across the street has the best croissants!The subway is a 2 min walk down the block.The host takes good care of this place. I would stay here again. '

'The accommodation was advertised accurately. It's a well located, quiet building just around the corner from the busy area, a few minutes walk to Gare de Nord. Well located to Montre Marte, 38 minutes walk to the Louvre. Windows opened for ventilation, shower has good water pressure, washing machine is useful. Bed is comfortable. On the 4th floor with tiny lift. Suitable for 2 people only.'
