« We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very spacious. We are a family of 5, with two teenagers and a 10 year old. There were three full bathrooms and plenty of beds for us all. The A/C worked perfect! You can’t beat the location. Literally steps away from the st Michel/Notre Dame metro stop. Lovely bakeries and cafes all around. And a 3 minute walk to Notre Dame. I will stay here every time I’m in Paris. »

« Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...

« Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. « Bed sheets were not clean, outlets didn't work, terrible pillow and shower hardly drained. Generally the place was barely minimal and not very clean. No hooks or any places at all to put clothing, not even a luggage stand. For very little $$ the owners could greatly improve the place. Well appointed is a major stretch. Location was very good and price was low for Paris. It worked but I would not recommend it. »

« I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

« Le studio était bien , correspondait au descriptif, en plus bien situé au centre de Paris. La liaison avec le personnel uniquement par internet. Par contre la prise des clés est très compliqué, si vous avez le malheur d’arriver entre 20:00H et 21:00H,vous devez payer 50 € en plus ,situation vraiment pas correct, la remise des clés lors du depart se fait à 1,3 km du studio, trouver vraiment une autre solution. Vraiment dommage »

"Le service de chambre n’est pas assuré le soir. Pour un hôtel 5* ce n’est pas normal. Sinon très bel hôtel. En revanche il y a énormément de chambres donc il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher longtemps pour trouver sa chambre. Et ah oui important, pour aller à la piscine il faut payer 60€ par personne 😳 et réserver un créneau 😳. C’est une première pour nous, d’habitude l’accès à la piscine n’est pas payant pour les clients de l’hôtel !!! Nous n’y sommes pas allés…"
