She told me call her on WhatsApp when we arrived, on arrival she tells me apartment is not ready and she can put us up in different apartment for the night. We were standing in train station with 4 kids, we hesitantly accepted her offer. Apartment was dirty, towels were dirty and worn, smelled like mold, sheets were dirty, comforter was dirty.
