« Was in a hurry to book and didn’t check everything. We also were not informed about breakfast. The room was super dusty I had to go to the clinic to get medicine for my allergies. The sheets looked fresh though. The towel rack was hanging loose in the bathroom (broken). Was hard to communicate. »

« The hotel is very conveniently located—close to the train station, markets, bus stops, and pretty much everything you need. The room was quiet with a nice city view, and we appreciated having an electric cooktop for simple daily cooking. There was also a dining table in the room and plenty of closet space. « Ended up having to extend my stay in Korea due to weather back home and saw this hotel was available for a few nights. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Staff was very nice and helpful, allowed me to drop my baggage off before check in while I went and walked around. Room was extremely nice and clean, heated floors were a nice touch. The tub was very much needed. It was about a 10 minute walk to Osan air base and a 10 minute walk to the train station! »

« 1. They don't have a check in time posted until you've paid for the hotel. 2. I agree I booked the hotel at night but normally there's always someone in reception to answer phone or messages. I found out check in time was going to be at 5 pm and I was going to get there at 9am latest since I was traveling at night. I messaged the hotel did not get a response. 3. « Stayed at this hotel for most of my time here and it was a 10/10. Staff was always accommodating. About a 5 minute walk to the airbase. Very safe location. Had both heated floors and a heated bed!! »
