'Don't waste your money here. This has to be the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at and I doubt I'll stay at another one again because of this experience. 'Suite was a great size, plenty of room to spread out and work, rest, and/or sleep. The couch in room was stained, The garbage cans in the hallways were overflowing. The TV kept losing signal with the satellite dish. Pool and spa were very nice. Staff was outstanding!!'

'Very friendly warm staff especially at the reception, liked the shuttle to Busch gardens so that we didn't have to drive/ waste gas and didn't need to pay parking fees of $35/50 for Busch gardens parking. Many eateries by walking distance, just have to look out for traffic/ vehicles. Wish HI could provide disposable toothbrushes but overall a good visit. Thank you HI. 😊'

I couldn’t find a menu anywhere so I went to the front desk. Nobody was there 15 minutes later I came back and there was someone from the office there they didn’t have any menus they made me a copy of the menu. 'The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. '
