Atrium Villa footsteps from beach and pool. Located adjacent to St. Thomas's luxury resort Margarita Villa. Gated Community. Full kitchen, cable TV, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, outside dining area in our atrium patio.
Free parking close to villa. 2 Minute walk to beach and pool. Walking distance to Coki Beach and Coral World. Peaceful neighborhood of 10 buildings with 4 villas each surrounded by tropical gardens.

Our property manager, B, is available to help guests. We provide fresh towels, and beach towels.


We are located at the eastern part of the Island, many beautiful beaches within 5-15 minute drive, walking distance to Coki Beach and Coral World.
Close (8-9 min drive) to the Ferry Dock and Red Hook, home of many great Bars and Restaurants.
Shopping and Super Market 8 minute drive away, Market Place (inside Margarita Ville) is a small store and deli.

Our guests have access to the Pineapple Village Pool and the Beach.
As far as our neighboring resort is concerned, guests have access to the Margaritaville Restaurant and Market Place.
Our guests DO NOT have access to the resort pool or the beach chairs of the resort. Our Pineapple Pool has plenty lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs.

3 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, walled in private Atrium patio.
Our villa is equipped with state of the art appliances, luxurious bedding, ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms, A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Free parking close to our villa. Renting a car is really the way to go.
"Safari Buses" will stop at the entrance to our property, though not very punctual (It's the islands...) or frequent.
Taxis are available at the resort all the time.

We highly recommend renting a car. St. Thomas has many beaches to explore and many fabulous restaurants to dine in. Public transportation and taxis are available, but renting a car is much preferred.
