Wonderful place to stay! Great views of the bay and we did see wake boarders and dolphins. The beach is across the street and having a grocery store next door was convenient. The condo had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which was very helpful. I would make only minor suggestions to add a recycling option or add lights to the garbage bin area. There were some other noisy guests who were not quiet in the common hallway. Posting quiet hours more visibly may be a good idea.

Annual trip to Treasure Island

There was a lot to like about this rental. Size was perfect for 2 couples. We stayed on bay side (I.e. opposite beach/Gulf Blvd) and that offered quiet and nice view. Furnishings, plates/dishes/towels/beach gear all great. Great location close to Publix, beach, and restaurants. Only negative was ac was hard to regulate — a few times it was comfortable by balcony and cold in back bedroom.

Beautiful Inter coastal view!

This condo was exactly how it was listed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Owners were so easy to communicate with. Very nice to have 2 full baths. Balcony is big and awesome to sit for sunrise and after a day at the beach. Only con was the beds were a little hard and there is only 1 elevator for the whole place but the stairs were fine since this unit is only in the second floor. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, needs some attention to detail

The check in process was pretty straightforward. We were able to enter a little early which was great. Overall the property was good. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. This brings me to the unit itself. For the most part the actual space was good. However somethings were left to be desired. The flow apt is good and bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes. The kitchen is exactly what you need for a vacation stay. The living room was good with plenty of seating. All in all I would say it was a good place to stay. There were only a few things in my opinion that need to be addressed. First, the AC and bathroom vents need to cleaned regularly. They were not clean. Second the bath towels provided could have passed for hand towel. Very small and too few. Third, there needs to be a way to secure the door from the inside as to not let in anyone with a master code. There needs to be a latch like a hotel or some type of lock to keep anyone out that may have a master code. We did have a situation with someone entering the apt, however it was done by mistake and no harm came of it. But still a little unnerving especially with a wife and young daughter in the apt at the time. Even with this incident, the stay was a great value. I would definitely go back. Oh and the parking was great. very convenient and always spots.

Don't think this is the property I'm reviewing?

After booking, my location was changed three times. We ended up at a good place (view and location wise) but that was only after getting a voice mail while in flight day of check in that our second location they moved us to was also under construction. We would not be able to use the balcony, the whole reason someone from WI rents a place in Florida that overlooks water in December. They had to know before we were in flight the SAME DAY that was going to be an issue so the whole communication thing was poor for me. After chatting with them they put us in a new unit with Gulf view, a great location so it worked out just could have been better planned and I'm sure the host would agree. The only knock on the final unit was it was not super clean , the tile floors made our bare fleet black! I'd stay with this place again as the experience and location was great they just need to plan better.

Awesome Place!

We had an awesome stay! Location is perfect, beautiful view, short walk to the gorgeous beach, grocery store right next door, condo was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, clean pool was never crowded. No problems at all.

Great time in Treasure Island

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and convenient. We were able to go right next door to Publix to get some snacks and lots of options to DoorDash or go out. The condo had beach towels and some chairs for us to take to the beach! It was very nice to sit out on the balcony and have coffee in the morning overlooking the canal and pool. Check in and out was easy. Everything was in an email and we had no issues checking in after a long plane ride.

Beautiful setting

Beautiful view of canal with large balcony area was perfect for sightseeing and relaxing with the soft breeze. Condo was perfect and comfortable. Convenient grocery store next door saved us since had no car. Convenient walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants

Very disappointing

Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. We were told it would fixed the next day, not the case, it was not fixed prior to our departure. Our entire trip was ruined my handicap aunt struggled to get up the 3 flights of stairs and was not able to leave the room for the entire trip. We were there to bury my father and his sister was unable to be there. I’m addition the second room had sliding doors that were broken and not able to close. So we were unable to have any privacy. And lastly the last day before we were scheduled to leave the key lock was disabled and my aunt had to let us in if anyone left the room and management did not respond to my text for help with the issue. The room was old but would have been acceptable if everything else hadn’t happened. The company fix was a refund of $86 dollars which wasn’t even a whole days charge for the room. Overall very disappointing and would discourage anyone from staying at this property or booking with someone that utilizes iTrip. Those are my 2 cents.

Not great

The kitchen was stripped bare… There’s no way to use it to actually cook anything without stocking entire kitchen yourself. The one feature that made me rent this particular unit over a different one was the Jacuzzi tub… But the Jacuzzi tub did not work at all… My wife was pretty disappointed.

Great view

Great view of sunset and sunrise. Pretty quiet throughout the day. Some nights you can hear a few things through the walls…. But that’s if you stay up super late. Super close to the beach, grocery store, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. I would definitely come back.

My stay was lovely for the most part. The view is spectacular, and the location is great! The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The cookware should be thrown away as it has rust & peeling which is not healthy!! The floors are very dirty. During my visit, some loud guests threw a shot glass on to the porch and hit the sliding door. Scared the living daylights out of me…I was surprised The Palms allows such behavior. Lastly, nearing checkout time, I gentleman unlocked the door and walked in. I was getting dressed to leave. It was embarrassing and scary that your staff does not respect your guests and knock on a door first. I will be traveling to your area frequently, and might stay at the Palms again, maybe just a different unit.

Great location!!

The location of this property was great. The pool is nice and it was pretty quiet for the most part. It is a very safe neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. There were some cleaning that could have been better and the beds were not comfortable at all, but we managed for a few nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the view from the balcony of Boca Ciega bay. as well as the property location. However there are some items that should be addressed. - Shower door in the second bathroom doesn't close - Mold around the outside of the shower door - Lots of dust on top of the refrigerator - One closet door is off in the master bedroom - One door off to the laundry area - All the furniture (including balcony) in poor condition - Kitchen sink sprayer not attached - Oven door handle loose - A pair of ladies' underwear was found in one of the drawers - Clothes dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes - There are no pot holders or dish towels

Nice Place - would come again

The object is as described. We had the luck to checkin earlier, as we arrived before check in time. Nice support. The only thing we would love to see next time - are some pillows or more comfortable chairs for the terrace. That's all. Best of all is the hot tube - we had some colder evenings in the area, so it was perfect to heat up.
