Too many words can describe this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo including: Big! Updated! Location! Step inside this 1,140 square foot unit and see how the new owners have taken very good care of this popular vacation property!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #503 has a modern kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newer cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. Sit at the bar or table for meals, games or conversation. The open living area with comfortable leather furniture, and 60" flat screened television leads out to the outdoor balcony with views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has private access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains 2 queen sized beds making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi.

This unit has ONE parking space. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The location, can't be beat. Here you are near it all, including the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and popular John's Pass Village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This condo is in a great location - shopping, restaurants, food, pubs/breweries all walkable. Loved the view of the drawbridge! Pretty at night & fun to watch boats & jet skis go through the channel. Pool was heated & clean. Condo was clean. The open spaces/elevators/halls could use updating/cleaning. Didn't impact our stay, but some might find that off-putting. We enjoyed the condo and the location.

We stayed here with our two small kids. We had a great time and the condo was very clean with comfy beds. There are no beach items in the condo so you will need to bring your own. Since we were flying that made things tricky.

We had a suicide in our family and could not go. We were not given one penny back or anytype of credit. I will not ever book through this website again or at this location. Bad policys, you could have wiggle room. I could provide a death certificate. Nothing, no compassion, only greed rules your contracts and policies.

Perfect 10 Days

I loved this condo. Everything was wonderful, it was the perfect location, right across the street from John's Pass (Prirate Cruise was a lot of fun for the 4 year old, worth every penny). We loved walking across the bridge to eat at Crabby's (3 times). The pool was spotless and the beach was only a few steps away. I would love to stay again.

Good Location

Condo was updated, elevator was slow, pool was nice with plenty of chairs, right on the beach, short walk with security fence. Beach was beautiful, safe excellent place to walk and swim. Close to lots of Dining and shopping, Avoid Sculleys restaurant our experience was not good. Bubba Gump was decent, crazy as it sounds Hooters was really good, as was boardwalk grill, Crabbys was excellent for dinner. If you get a chance take the dinner cruise on Calypso 2.5 hours great at night lot of fun good staff. Lazy lizard is good store look for Sandals in the back, as is Tommy bahama store, and shop attached to ice cream store up the stairs. Avoid the t-shirt shop closest to Bubba Gump on the board walk our experience was not good. All others were fine.

Great Property!

Great property in a great location! The property was exactly as presented and very clean. We would definitely stay here again but would recommend bringing your own pillows. We enjoyed the view of John's Pass and watching the nightly activity from the balcony. Enjoyed and would recommend.

We were visiting our daughter who goes to college nearby for Thanksgiving weekend. The condo is large and clean. We love the location right on John’s Pass. Great view of the bridge and waterway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on Madeira Beach

We had a very late arrival at this property, but it was no problem at all. They left our information in a secured area that was easy to access. The unit has been recently updated and had two large bedrooms, one with two doubles, which was great. The property manager was terrific to work with. The only downside we noticed was their weren't any beach towels or chairs. I have been told that is common in this part of FL. We missed that in reviewing the property before selecting it. It wasn't a huge deal for us though as we weren't planning a lot of time on the beach. This unit has a good bit of road noise in the front bedroom so light sleepers be aware. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by, which is what we needed. We would stay here again.

Wonderful condo - great location

We had a great stay here for our family vacation. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was a short walk to Johns Pass for restaurants and shopping and other activities. Kitchen had everything we needed except potholders. Even had two coffee makers - a single pod system and regular brewing pot. I loved that we could walk right out to the beach without crossing busy roads. Would stay here again :)

Tolle Lage, unkompliziert und freundlich

Zwar liegt das Haus an einem der wenigen öffentlichen Parkplätzen mit Zugang zum Strand, was jedoch nicht wirklich stört, Das Haus ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, unsere Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und alles war intakt, Pool gute Größe und sauber, Strand Top und nicht überfüllt (außer am 4 Juli) war aber eine sehr schöne Party. Wir (2 Erwachsene 3 Jugendliche 17, 18 und 14 Jahre alt) waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.
