The Shores property is a direct beachfront building located in Redington Shores. Not an overly crowded area on our beaches, this quaint location will have you feeling refreshed and relaxed after your stay. Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Beach and pool were ideal and very clean. Condo was clean but agree with other reviews about needing some updates inside condo. For example some outlets didn’t work, shades for the sliding glass door didn’t work, laundry doors were broken and off their track. On the plus side the kitchen was very well stocked. Would be nice to include that beach towels not provided. Would return here overall.

View was perfect. Host response was very quick. The unit needs a deep clean, but it's end of season and it wasnt an issue for me. Location was the best. Pool, beach, condo, all of it was on point. Will try to reserve again next year for sure.

The shores condos property was excellent but the actual condo needed some work. Several outlets did not work, no mop and the worst part was it smelled like mildew. With a few updates and additional cleaning it would be perfect.

Awesome Stay!

Beautiful condo with everyou would need. Located.on the first floor, we walked out directly into the pool. Or we could walk directly down to the ocean. This is the second time we we have stayed at this condo & never been disappointed. nd ti. me we have.

Comfort & Rest away from home

Would absolutely return to this property! The listing and amenities are exactly as described. From booking, to communication about the reservation, actual accommodations and check out; it was all completely effortless. Our only concern is the outdoor furniture once wet is very difficult to dry even with afternoon sun; this remained damp the entire week for us limiting our time spent on the balcony in the evenings. Otherwise this is a hidden gem. We cannot wait to return next year!

Redington shores

Unit was nice but out outdated. Cleanliness was OK… Clear Shower curtain on guest bath had to be replaced by client. It was dirty with mold also on it. Floors look like they had not been mopped for awhile. Only one working hair dryer. Had to call maintenance because TV did not work. The property management was very prompt on getting spectrum there to fix the issue. The condo amenities, pool and pool deck sitting area were kept immaculate. Beach area is perfect and not a lot of people. Would definitely recommend these condos again. Maybe just not this unit.

Beautiful gulf view.

Very nice to be beachfront with pool and walks on the beach so accessible. Cozy, private patio where we ate our breakfast, relaxed reading and watched gorgeous sunsets. Comfortable accommodations. We would return. Cleaning crew needs to pay better attention to floors and countertops.

We loved the location of this property! Kenny's Korner Diner (amazing breakfast) is just out front and many great restaurants within walking distance. The unit could use some TLC but that has been my experience with all rentals we have stayed at.

Great location, dirty unit.

We have previously stayed in 2 other units within the same building. Thought we would try this unit because it’s on the first floor. Upon entering the unit we immediately noticed a thick layer of sand on the floor throughout the unit. I spent at least 2 hours cleaning the unit the first night. The floor seemed like it had not been mopped in months. The toilet paper roll seemed half used and upon using the bathroom noticed you couldn’t hardly see your reflection in the mirror because it was so dirty. We also quickly learned that we were given the wrong gate code to get to the beach. Thankfully a neighbor helped us out there. On our second night there we found a cockroach in the kitchen. We investigated the kitchen closely and found no other evidence of bugs so we hope that it was somehow brought into the unit with our stuff from the beach. I immediately left a voicemail and 2 emails to the rental company about these issues. They didn’t contact me until Monday. When I spoke to them they tried to say the unit was deep cleaned the previous week. That is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard. They offered no way to make it right. Not even sending over a cleaning service to clean the unit. This building is a great location and the beaches are beautiful. If I stay in this building again it will certainly be in a different unit.

Beachfront living

Hello, We loved the condo. The views were incredible and location was perfect. We enjoyed the fact that the complex was smaller so there were fewer people on the beach and at the pool than at other places. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. The other guests were very friendly and assisted us with restaurant recommendations and answered questions about the pool gate codes which they had just changed. We are hoping to stay at this condo again. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Kayla

Recent stay over the holiday

We have stayed at the Shores property before multiple times, just a different unit. We absolutely love the property which is why we keep coming back, including paying the extra because of holiday this time around. This particular unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. We did have/see a few issues though. The code to the gate never did work. We just reached over and opened it that way to have access to the beach. There are bunk beds in the extra room that were in a rather odd place. You would have taken your head off both getting up there and sleeping up there with the ceiling fan running. Not very safe. Very limited supplies are provided and I know with reading other comments, it doesn't have to be provided however this unit had the least provided that we have ever stayed at. There was a beach umbrella pole but no umbrella. That was rather odd and would have been nice to had. The beach chairs that were provided though were very nice. One of the kitchen pendant lights had no bulb in it. The master bedroom could use more lighting. It is pretty dark even with all of the lamps lit up. Would we stay at this property again.....possibly. Some improvements could easily be made though.

Both the front door and the patio door would not lock. Management came to fix on Monday. We arrived on Saturday but unless its an emergency they are available Mon thru Fri The condo is dark and way over cluttered. And the combination to the beach gate was wrong (we obtained the correct one from a neighbor who said we had last years combination) And if your going to rent a BEACH condo put out $100 and provide beach chairs and umbrella. Very inconvenient The proximity to the pool and beach were a 10 And a little advice - I would for liability reasons remove the bunk beds ( top railing not secure)

Fall Break

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time to Redington and it definitely won't be our last. Condo was in the best location on the ground floor right by the pool and the view of the sunset every evening is unbelievably stunning. Location is fabulous to restaurants. Also loved that you are just a short drive to the Winn Dixie for groceries. Neighbors were great , Condo was great, beach was amazing! Only thing we didn't like was the 8:20 am wakeup from the grounds crew blowing almost every morning. I can totally appreciate wanting to keep the prestine property but every morning is a bit excessive. Overall loved this place and will rebook.

What a great place to stay

This was our second time staying at Redington Shores. The unit and grounds were clean and beautiful. The beach was amazing! Got to see some dolphins and manatee. We love that the location is within walking distance of some great restaurants! We are going to be back next year!!
