Best Ever!!

With a family of 12, vacations can be challenging, especially finding lodging to accommodate us all. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Even with 12 people, we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was clean, absolutely beautiful, conveniently located, and the pool
 amazing!!! We enjoyed movie nights outside, big family dinners made in the gorgeous kitchen.. I really can’t say enough good things!! Thank you for having us, we will definitely come back next year!!

Dirty and poor communication

Spent a few hours cleaning up dishwasher leak and was told someone was coming to repair which never happened. Lots of indoor cockroaches and horrible dirty floor. Messaged several times with no reply. Super disappointed.

Overpriced and somewhat misrepresented

The property inside was clean. It was not as functional and well stocked as we would have liked. There were only 7 dinner plates, no wine glasses, and very few hangers and bath towels. Luckily we only had 7 people. Absolutely nothing was left behind for basic cleaning. It appears cleaning staff are instructed to take everything but the last roll of tp, nothing was even available to clean the kitchen counter and therefore the stone top never looks clean. Towel rack came right off the wall as did the living room shade when we attempted to raise it to bring some light in. The outside area was not clean. Cushions are stained, the grilling “bar” area is dirty and not well maintained, an old delapidated dresser sits under the tv. The yard was full of dead leaves. The hot tub area is strangely boxed in with a cement wall. Nobody ever came by to clean the pool, hot tub or yard. Over all, it was just ok. We have stayed in many beautiful homes in Florida and paid less.

Great house and layout for the whole family. 7 adults and one child and plenty of room for everyone. Close to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburgamd Tampa! Management got back to me right away with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again!

The house was just as listed with spacious outdoor entertainment areas and updated interior. Very clean and accommodating of large groups. Reached out to host twice during the stay and they never responded. That is reflected in our rating.

Our family really enjoyed the house. The description of the house was spot on. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area was plenty big enough for our family of ten. The pool and hot tub were used each day. And the 3 head shower in the master bedroom was utilized by all, especially the grandkids. It will be very hard to top this house for our next family vacation in this area.

Amazing!

The house was exactly as it shows in the pictures and probably a little better! We had two families stay in this house so the set up was perfect! My brother and his girls stayed on the other side of the house and the barn door was great to separate the house, it made it like their own apartment! The sliding doors and windows made the indoor/outdoor living spaces so cool! All around great house! Minutes from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants! Will be booking again for sure!

a wonderful place to gather as a family for our grandaughter's graduation from nursing school. Plenty of space for out-of-town guests and close to 3 local families. Very clean, well-appointed kitchen. The pool, the patio, the hot tub, the indoor open concept area, and the grill station, loved the various gathering spaces and safe outdoor area for children to play away from the pool area. Would love to book again just to have all the family together. in such an easy place to gather while also having space

Girls Trip

This rental was beautiful and the perfect location. We were able to get to the beaches and restaurants easily and also enjoy time in the pool. We loved the house and pool so much we stayed in Saturday and opted for the pool instead of a second beach day.
