This house is in a decent location and an easy drive to the airport and downtown St. Pete. Check-in was easy but they forgot to include the '#' after the 4 digits in the door code. The house is mostly clean but the rooms are smaller than they looked. There's little room for big suit cases and no dressers to unpack your clothes. I know Floridians spray for bugs a lot but someone should have cleaned up the dead ants before we got there. The kitchen is not "fully stocked". There was not enough silverware and glasses for the 6 of us. There's no bakeware for the oven. And burned out lights in the kitchen made it very dark. There were no supplies for clean up except one sponge, one roll of paper towels and dishwashing soap. My biggest issue is that when I changed my booking from 6 nights to 5, I never received a refund for that cancelled night. This change was made before the "100% refund" period expired. When I contacted them (several times), they kept referring to a payment amount that is completely unrelated to my booking. And now they're not responding to my messages. My previous rentals with VRBO have been great but I won't rent from this host again.
