This stunning Largo home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The open-concept living space is bright and airy, featuring large windows that provide beautiful views of the pond. The living room is perfect for gathering, equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner.



Step outside to your private oasis! The pool area invites you to soak up the sun, while the peaceful pond provides a picturesque backdrop for your outdoor activities. Paddle boards are included, giving you the chance to explore the calm waters right at your doorstep.

Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.



The jacuzzi spot is not set up to run with jets and is not heated any different then the pool.

We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



The Mini split is not set up in master..



Ac in tree house is not set to work.



There is no pool light.
