The location is perfect, the house was very clean and had all the necessities. The beds were great - very comfortable! We loved all the towels, both in the house and the pool/beach towels. The pool was beautiful and warm! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. We were very grateful to have been able to bring our dogs - one is elderly and too old to board. The pool was great and we really enjoyed sitting in the chairs with our feet in the water everyday. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed. The golf cart was a big perk and we went to the beach and sunset daily. The home was clean, plenty of towels and beach supplies. The hosts were available and great communicators. They were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a great pet friendly home, well stocked and a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The pool is awesome. It was nice to have a golf cart available to use, but we didn’t use it because it was easy enough to walk everywhere. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

This property was PERFECT! The pool is even prettier in person and we all loved the outdoor shower. The house was so clean (way cleaner than other dog-friendly rentals we have stayed in in the past). It was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The furniture was updated and very comfortable. A highlight for our kids was the golf cart- it was a blast scooting around town, driving to dinner, getting ice cream, etc without having to take the car. It was an easy, short walk to the beach (although we took the golf cart most days). We got lucky with golf cart parking spaces almost always available. We had a great time and plan on staying here again in the future. Indian Rocks Beach is a gem and this house was an ideal place to stay.

Lovely stay!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that we were able to snag an early check-in. The location was perfect, we got a ton of use out of the pool, the beds were super comfortable, and the golf cart was a fun bonus! I would definitely do another family beach trip to this location again. Thanks for the hospitality, quick communication, and pleasant vacation experience!

Perfect Family Home

We had such a great time at this vacation house! It was perfectly clean when we arrived, the beautiful kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils needed, and the kids loved the pool. The golf cart was the icing on the cake. Also took us about 10 mins toting two small kids to the beach, perfect location. We would stay here again in a heart beat! My only suggestion is more places in the bathroom to hang towels. We truly loved it, and Barry and Alisha let us check in early which was amazing. 10/10!!

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this property. The house was very spacious and fully equipped, we weren’t missing anything. The backyard was exceptional with a heated inground pool, barbecue and lounge chairs. The location was Half a block away from the beach, so definitely walkable and all the beach toys, chairs and umbrella were available to us. There was also a golf cart available for use. The hosts were great! They made sure we had all the info we needed. Will definitely go back. We loved it!

Pefect Beach Get Away

This house had it all! I was overly impressed with the amount of essentials provided for trips to the beach and even floaties for the little one in the pool. This was a tremendous help for travelers who fly in like we did. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was about a block and a half away to a walk on access, a little further to a parking acess but not out of the way. The neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe. The house was a great location in comparison to all the surrounding cities in the area to provide many things to see and do.

All the bells and whistles!

From before we even left for our vacation the host Alisha sent us suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was seamless! And then the house, it is amazing but the outdoor space is spectacular. The description doesn't do it justice. It has everything that you could ever think you would need, baby gear, beach sand toys, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, FULLY stocked kitchen from baking sheets and Pyrex to corn holders and basting brushes oh and a fancy Kuerig that brewer a pot or a cup. We really felt like we were at home for the week. Safe to say best family vacation!

Beautiful home in restful neighborhood

The home was very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and we were visited daily by the wonderful birds in the nature preserve that the property backs up to. The property owners allowed us to check in early. The golf cart was a hit with my SIL. He drove it everywhere. The ONLY recommendation I would give is for blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that. It was a great vacation home to spend a week with your family.

Clean and Cozy

This house was spectacular it had everything we needed plus extra’s that we didn’t get to use. Five stars! The attention to details was absolutely amazing. Friendly host, easy access, fantastic amenities, spacious and most importantly very clean. Perfect for our family’s needs during our granddaughter’s graduation weekend. The pool toys were a mess and dirty, we were only able to use one floaty. The garage was also a mess and disorganized, we didn't know what we could use or not use. The golf cart was a life saver.. Everything else was good we enjoyed our stay

Fantastic house and location!

This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Wonderful house and location

Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We especially enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Those were great additions. Thank you so much for allowing our family and furry friends to enjoy your home. All the best to you!
