The Master Suite has a King Bed along with Dressers, Chests and A Walk in Closet. The Master Bath had Double Sinks, Walk-in Shower, a Bathroom and direct access to Pool Area. The 2nd Bedroom has a pool access door and a queen bed. There is a Screened Solar-Heated Pool w/Jacuzzi, The Living Room, has a (65" TV), High Def Cable, Leather Couches and an Easy Chair.

There is a Full Kitchen with Full Size Stove, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. A Dining Room looks out over the pool. A brand new very private 2nd Bedroom with a closet has a walk out to patio and pool area.

There is a trundle bed (king or 2 twins) in a common area for up to 2 extra guests. There are 3 sliding glass doors and 2 regular doors on the property, The 5 door access give you a freedom to move through your space without obstacles. The pool, covered deck, and porch areas feel like an expansion of the living space especially when the doors are opened up.
There are 2 parking places in the driveway and off street parking.

There is a separate, very private suite with a separate entrance used part time by the owner. 1 common wall is used and it's sound-proofed. The inside door is a double-locked privacy door, bolted on each side like adjoining hotel suites. The sidewalk and gate to the suite are not visible from the guest's area. It also has a separate parking spot. Only the owner stays there when he is in town. It is not rented or shared.

Our policy is to not contact guests unless we are requested. The only way we access the property is to come to the front door and ring the bell.
