These units are located in the cute, quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach and are within walking distance of several local stops, shops, and restaurants. This property has a total of seven units with two of them (Units B & C) adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units which can be turned into one large unit through double doors in each dining room. Great for groups and families vacationing together but wanting their separate living and sleeping quarters. Check out our other listings at Sand Isle II.

Make this beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, gulf-front condo your home away from home! Enjoy direct water and beach views from the living space or balcony. The beautiful sun sets directly in front of these units and you can also watch dolphins out in the water.

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking full meals, has a coffee pot, blender, dishwasher, and two bar stools at the breakfast counter. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: The dining room has a four-top dining table plus two bar stools at the breakfast counter.

Living Area: The living room has a sleeper sofa, large entertainment center, books, and windows with a Gulf view as well as a balcony with a dining table, beach lounger, and great Gulf front view. With this unit being a corner unit there is plenty of natural light throughout and has a corner balcony view.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and stackable washer/dryer combo in one of the closets.

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A full bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Bathroom #2: A full bathroom with tub and shower combo located in the hallway.

Outdoors: The complex has a shared space with gas grills, a shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the heated pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they be brought back at the end of each day.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 3rd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 1 parking space. There is no guest parking.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Perfect Location

Exactly what we expected

We visited in Early June 2024. Access to the property was very simple and a covered parking space is included. The property itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything functioned properly and we were able to do our laundry before going home. The balcony was a nice size and my only overall suggestion would be to replace the cushions on the chairs outside as we spent every night watching the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The pool was clean and chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc were all available for use which is really convenient. Several places are within walking distance. The beach was clean white sand beach. It was a perfect Florida condo stay!

Don't waste your money.

Very disappointed in the condo interior. The photos advertised do not match the current furniture. This is false advertising. After doing research I saw the furniture that is now in the condo I was in was in another unit in the building so the furniture was moved around and not updated on the listing. I rented the condo based on the listing photos which depict nice, comfortable furniture as my friend is handicapped and cannot sit on worn out furniture without pain.Also, the internet was so poorly that the tv buffering all the time and you could not even get on laptop. With the price per night,I expected to get what was advertised in the photos. The area was directly on the beach as advertised. The bedrooms also as advertised. I would not call this a 5 star condo . I ended up leaving early one day because it was that bad. After sending the company an email stating the bad advertising.They said that they were in the process of already talking to the owner about the furniture, internet and updating the photo's. Would not recommend anyone for the condo.

Great place!

My husband, our 8 year old and I had a great stay! The place looks just like the pictures, pool was great and it's right on the beach. The balcony was great as well, especially being a corner unit. We have visited Indian Rocks Beach several times and loved this location...close to the bridge and walking distance to several restaurants including one our of our favorites, Crabby Bills. Lots of other great places within a short driving distance also. Ready to go back!
