Great Value - Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 403 is a SILVER quality vacation rental at the BRONZE Tier rate! This three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental is located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. The main bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Management company was very accomadating, but the pool was closed for two days and they were paving parking spaces. Very noisey and smelly. Unit was okay but needed some TLC.

Amazing!

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

Great condo for family with kids!

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Staff is very friendly. This was our first time staying at Sand Dollar, but most residents we talked to have been visiting there for years! The room also had beach towels and beach chairs which is a plus!

Great Condo

We really loved our stay! Annette at the front desk is/was THE BEST! So helpful, patient, and kind. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing, parking right there was a bonus, condo had everything we needed, and the beach was great! The only thing that was disappointing, which isn’t affecting my rating, is the fishing pier and beach were closed for beach maintenance which we thought was odd during peak spring break season and didn’t understand why the pier couldn’t be opened at the end of each day it was closed. But again, this didn’t affect my rating because we also understand maintenance needs to be done.

Just perfect!

The condo was great and so much room. Stayed with my parents, husband and our daughters who are 1 and 4. The beach is incredible, the pool is perfect and such great access to pop up to the room if needed. We will be back for sure!

Great Family Vacation Condo

Great vacation. Having a trolly stop out front was big help. No need to rent a car. Pool and Hot tub were a BIG hit. Sunsets were stunning Already booked for 2023. Nice quiet beach. Thanks San Dollar. We made memories!!!!

Like staying at home

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Condo was clean with everything we needed. We went offshore fishing on the second day. The last person was arriving that day. The front desk made it easy for her to pick up a key. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Enjoyed the wonderful view from our balcony and the private pier. Watching the sunset every night was the best! We will definitely come back!

This place was awesome! We had an amazing trip and this condo definitely had everything we needed to get us through it. Great view and amazing pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and private pier. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed! I highly recommend!

Perfect Spot!

This was our first VRBO experience. We had a late check in and it was super easy and painless. The staff communicated very well. The location was great. The condo was clean and anything we had questions on or needed help with was taken care of that day. Quick access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. No complaints! Would love to visit again! The unit was very spacious.

Peaceful Vacation

We loved the property! Loved our unit #403! Property, and condo very clean! It had Everything we needed ! Indian Shores , Sand dollar was a great location ! We will return ! Walking distance to quite a few things! Great restaurants near by! We just went down to relax! And that we did! But we did fit in Tarpon Springs, johns pass, Chihuly museum in St Pete on our last day before flying home ! I recommend all , just for a break from the sun. But mostly we beached it daily! Beautiful beach. Great pool. Older complex. But well maintained! Cant wait to go back !

Great rental

Our family had a great time at this rental and location. The condo is as described. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as master bedroom. The beach is just a few steps out the door to the sand. Pool area is spacious and has a great hot tub. Our kids appreciated the volleyball net. There were a few chairs in the closet so we utilized those for the week vs renting the set up on the beach. We left behind 4 boogie boards so we are hoping the next families can enjoy them. This condo is on our list to rent on our next trip. The only downfall was that the elevator is really slow. The can opener might be broke because we couldn't figure out how to use it after trying multiple times so we improvised and used the old school opener. The only other thing that could improve on would be having a few flat cookie sheet pans. None of these items would affect me renting this place again though.

Absolutely will return!

We loved this location, right on the beach overlooking the Gulf, beautiful grounds. Close enough to airport, amusement/water parks and board walk but far enough away for quiet nights and limited traffic. Condo was clean and had all we needed/wanted but a box of tissues (easy enough to buy). Great sized rooms, fully furnished with pots/pans/dishes (also coffee maker, blender and toaster). Bedrooms and beds were large and very comfortable! We loved our 4th floor location, great views and on the far side from the pool (if noise was a concern, although my 16 yr and 12 yr old were part of the noise). Night swimming shuts down at 10pm so noise wasn't a concern for us, might want to ask for a unit further from pool if your little ones needs to sleep earlier. Lobby and elevator were small but again not a concern for us as we opted for stairs daily-and just a brief wait as we arrived/departed with our luggage. Will look to return sometime within the next year or two and hope to get the same unit! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

The view was fabulous! The accommodations we spot in. There was a popcorn kernel under the coffee table and pieces of broken shell on the living floor. A vacuum should have caught that.

Dolphins Every Morning

The property was clean and just as described. The highlight was the gorgeous view of the gulf, complete with daily dolphin sightings from the balcony. The property was also an easy walk to a couple of restaurants and close to shopping, putt-putt and more.
