Frist of all, Katie & Adam helped and assisted me with all of my questions before arriving to the property. Everything was exactly how it was described in VRBO and when I received answers to my questions. The house was extremely clean, loved the labels for the lighting to help figure out fans, section of the room, kitchen supplies etc. This house is perfect size for family gatherings, friends or office retreat to host several couples and/or children. I also loved the little special touches like the luggage stands, extra bathroom supplies, black wash towels for makeup, fans in closets for extra air circulation, pool towels, very comfortable pool furniture and the list goes on!!Thank you again for a wonderful family gathering in your home that made it feel like ours!!!We will be back. Check in was easy. Given door code day before. Kitchen was large, two ovens. Had a convection stove that I wasn’t used to but figured it out. Coffee bar was great. Had a drawer dishwasher which was a challenge with 14 people so we just washed some dishes. Everything was spacious and roomy. We all enjoyed our stay. Ages ranged from 10 months to 75! Pool was wonderful!

Beautiful property and excellent amenities

All the family enjoyed the property. The kitchen was in the center of activity and fully used, even the interesting dishwasher.The beds were very comfortable and all the furnishings were sufficient for our family of 11 ranging in age of 89 to 1. We found walking and driving to the beach to be different than described in the listing. The beach was very nice and the beach chairs were much appreciated.The pool and all the toys were perfect, along with the different types of chairs.We had a great time!

We had a great stay! The house was in an ideal area, and was big enough for our whole family. We enjoyed the backyard, game room, and pool. There were plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach. Enjoyed the space, highlight being the outdoor pool and patio which was great for a large group. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds were great as well. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

9.5/10 Perfect for family of 10

Amazing week long stay with multigenerational family. Loved the handy guidebook that gave info about the house services (trash, pool, recycling), appliances, checkout procedure, etc) Suite #2 and it's step-in shower was perfect for our family who uses a walker (and also enjoyed how accessible the whole property was for her - from walking in from driveway, moving around main level of the house, and getting in/out of the pool deck). Dining table was big enough for all of us to eat together and we enjoyed several card/board games there. Smart TVs were easy to sign-in to our streaming services. Entire pool area was just what we hoped for with room for everyone. Great mix of seating and sunny & shady areas where we could be together even if some wanted to stay out of the sun. Only issues were the Wi-Fi was nearly impossible for us to use and hosts were not super responsive. Also had an issue with the shut-off dial for the gas grill. We notified the hosts that it was missing and eventually found it in the yard behind the grill (but we were able to reattach it and use the grill). We will definitely rebook here if we plan another vacation in the area!

Great place to stay!

We rented this for a work conference with 10 people, and it worked great for that. The rooms are very spread out and separate. There was ample space for socializing, cooking in the kitchen, playing out on the patio by the pool and in the hot tub. The amenities were all functional and there were plenty of them. The beds are very comfortable and everything was quite clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a family Christmas gathering. While the home had some great features, there were several issues that impacted our experience.Pros:• The house was large, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating our family, including kids.• The beds were very comfortable.• The kitchen was well-stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.Cons:• The pool and hot tub didn’t heat properly, which was disappointing since the main reason we chose this house was for these amenities. The house book stated the pool would be cleaned and checked twice a week, but we didn’t see anyone clean it during our 9-day stay.• The thermostat couldn’t be adjusted, and the front room dropped to 62 degrees, making it uncomfortable on colder nights. The thermostat was locked so you could not switch it from cool to heat.• Water pressure in the bathrooms was very low, and getting hot water required turning on a tub on the opposite side of the house, which was inconvenient, especially near sleeping kids.• The kitchen lights flickered due to improper dimmers or lightbulbs, which was distracting.• Cleanliness was lacking. There was noticeable dust on vents, fans, and light fixtures, and crusted food on the patio, suggesting a lack of deep cleaning between guest.The management company did reach out after our stay and we were refunded some of our money for the issues with the pool and spa.

This house is amazing! This was three generations of our family gathering from across the US for our once a year get-together at Thanksgiving, and it's always challenging to get us all under one roof! Ideal Villa

The villa was very spacious, with large rooms and a flowing open plan design. The kitchen and living area in particular was plenty big enough for a party larger than our 9 adults and 2 infants. The individually alarmed (easy to switch on/off) doors to the pool area was a great reassurance having kids around. There is plenty of outside space and a great pool. The location was perfect - just a few minutes drive to the beaches, bars, restaurants. Plenty of large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Loads of room to park several vehicles without having to move cars out of the way to get out. And great neighbours too - bringing drinks for the adults and sweets (candy) over at Halloween - very kind and friendly. Although we had a couple of issues on arrival, the hosts were quick to respond and put the effort in to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Well done and thank you hosts!

Family Vacation

Our group of 15 absolutely loved this property. The bedrooms were perfect, providing privacy for couples and comfort for all. Appreciated that all 15 people could shower without running out of hot water. The pool deck was absolutely wonderful and very much enjoyed! Great communication with the property manager while we sheltered for Hurricane Helene. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

An escape from reality

The place was amazing. Rooms and beds for the entire family. The layout was perfect for our setup with the entire family. Even accommodating for someone using a walker. Spent the most time out back by the pool all week. The property is just amazing and the owners have thought of EVERYTHING that you might need during your stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very family oriented

This property was a great vacation rental for our family. Our group had age ranges from 6months to 80 years old. Check-in was very simple and communication with the owners was seamless. The house has a beautiful backyard with a built in bar and a great swimming pool. The inside consisted of 7 bedrooms and everything you would need for little kids, which makes traveling that much easier. The location of the house is fantastic as it is about a 3/4 minute drive across the bridge to Indian Rocks beach and when you get there, finding parking is relatively easy. I would highly recommend this house to any large families or groups who are looking to rent.

Family Vacation 2024

Our stay was wonderful. It was our annual family vacation - age range 8-77 year old. Space was wonderful. Enough beds and baths for everyone. Outside pool area was great. Adam was very quick to respond to every detail. We appreciated that tremendously. Only 2 minor things that would have been a big plus - closer to the beach (had to transport 12 people every day and hope to find a parking spot. And an extra refrigerator in "game" room would have been wonderful. As we were cooking 3 meals a day for 12 people, we didn't want to be shopping for groceries every day. There is a small refrigerator outside and we did use it for drinks. Overall a 10+++ We would definitely rent again. Kitchen had every thing imaginable to prepare meals.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the home. We had a few minor hiccups when we checked in but the owners were very quick to respond and very helpful. The owners are very communicative and quick to respond with anything you have questions on which is great. The proximity of the home to the beach is fantastic, it is only a mile away and we all walked it many times. There are numerous stores nearby for groceries and everything is very convenient to the home. If you wanted to have your entire family under one roof and close to the beach without being on the beach, this is the place.
