Two king bedrooms and a queen bedroom make this a comfortable choice for families, friends or couples traveling together. Beach gear, driveway parking for two vehicles and thoughtful essentials are included, with your Eversea Vacations team here to help you settle in.

Start with coffee outside, claim a lounger and enjoy an easy afternoon by your own pool. Grill dinner, gather at the outdoor table beneath the umbrella, then make time for a round of bocce or putting on the turf.



For more friendly competition, head to the garage game area for ping pong and giant Connect Four. There's something to do between beach outings without having to plan another excursion.



🏖️ BEACH DAYS, WITH THE GEAR TAKEN CARE OF



Pack the provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler into the beach cart and head for Madeira Beach, approximately 5 minutes away by car. Spend the day on the sand, explore the surrounding Gulf beaches or stop by John's Pass before returning to your private retreat.



This is a residential Seminole location with driving access to the beach. Travel times vary with traffic and your chosen beach access.



🛏️ SLEEP WELL — KNOW YOUR SETUP



• Bedroom 1: King bed and TV

• Bedroom 2: King bed and TV

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and TV



The three bedrooms sleep 6 guests in regular beds. A queen-size inflatable bed with legs is available for guests 7–8. This is an additional portable sleeping option, not a fourth bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.



🍳 ROOM TO SETTLE IN



The bright kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes, so breakfast and easy dinners can happen on your schedule. Choose the kitchen island, indoor dining table or poolside dining area for meals together.



Relax in the living room, put on a movie and enjoy a slower evening at home. Fresh linens, towels, kitchen and bathroom starter essentials, plus a washer and dryer help make the stay easy.

You'll have private use of the home, pool, backyard and guest game area. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is included at no additional parking charge. Your digital guidebook is sent 10 days before arrival and includes access instructions.

This home is in a residential neighborhood and is not a party house. Please keep outdoor noise respectful throughout your stay.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

• No smoking and no pets

• Exterior security camera at the front of the property

• Noise-monitoring device in the backyard

• Excessive noise or rule violations may result in fines or removal without refund
