Your Stay:

-Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay.

-Private swimming pool

-4 bedrooms

-3 bathrooms

-Sleeps up to 10 adults or up to 12 with children

-Keyless entry

-Comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces

- Outside Elevator available to use

-Beach access just a 5 minute walk away



Bedrooms:

-Master Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom (pull out chair)

-Second Bedroom: King bed

-Third Bedroom: King bed

-Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed



Additional Sleeping: The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with a sleeper sofa and two sleeper chairs.



Bathrooms:

-Master bathroom

-Second full bathroom with tub

-Third full bathroom





Need to Know:

-The person booking the home must be at least 25 years old.

-No pets are allowed.

-Guests will have full access to the home and pool. (other than locked owner areas)

-After booking, guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID. These items must be submitted within the first 24 hours after booking.

-The property is monitored by exterior security cameras.

-Please enjoy the pool and outdoor areas responsibly and follow all posted pool rules.



Note: Pool heaters run from Oct 15-April 15. If pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.



Note: Guests have access to entire home, other than locked owner closets and owner garage.
