Rental Requirements & Guest Portal



This property requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (a pending transaction, not a traditional security deposit). Alternatively, guests may purchase an optional, non-refundable third-party damage waiver for $60 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
