Beach front with large pool/hot tub and grilling area right on stunning Sand Key beach (just over the bridge from Clearwater beach.)

There is a variety of restaurants and shops right across the street, making it easy to grab a meal, ice cream, a new swimsuit or some essentials without having to drive or park! Sand Key beach has the same white sand and crystal clear water as it’s neighbor, Clearwater Beach, but is much quieter and less touristy. But when you’re in the mood for more action, Clearwater Beach is just over the bridge, a few short minutes away.

One assigned parking space is included as well as plenty of additional “visitor” parking spots. Managed by the owner, who is local, and will quickly answer any questions you may have. 30 day minimum rental is required.
