This secluded community rental home is a three story vacation getaway with plenty of room for everyone. It is located in Indian Rocks Beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants or a short drive to many others and only a few minutes to the world famous Clearwater Beach!

You will be amazed by the size and brightness of this Villa. Through the gated courtyard, the location is ideal for sunset and moonlit beach walks, several uninterrupted mile beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, and dolphin, sea turtle and manatee spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana for an all day beach time or just lounging.

Our home is furnished and equipped with the highest standards and accommodates up to 12 guests. It features three levels, and 4 bedrooms with 3000 square feet.

On the first level you will find the two car garage, laundry room and the first bedroom suite with 2 Queens beds and private bathroom. This first bedroom also has access to the private pool and a mini fridge for added convenience.

On the second level you will find an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and dining room with a walk out deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, under-counter wine refrigerator, stove, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and much more.

When you open the front door, you'll be amazed by the size & brightness of the living room with its comfortable sofas. Within this home, the oceanside decor is serene with calm, neutral tones with pops of color. There is a variety of seating areas boasting plush sofas.

The second level features a large balcony with partial water view and a large seating area.

On the third level you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The Primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower) and a bed with a Trundle. It has access to the balcony with a seating area, area to soak up the sun with a partial Gulf view.

In both large balconies you can admire the magnificent partial view of the Gulf, passing ships and sea life. For your enjoyment, there's also a splash pool and a gas grill. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep.

Important details to keep in mind:
*Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Oct to Apr.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
