Upon arriving to the condo, the first thing we see if a full beach dredging project underway which had the beach completely inaccessible until the THIRD day of our stay. Vacasa offered to relocate us (up the beach to exactly where the work would be in a couple of days; no helpful). The condo itself was clean and well maintained. The actual keys do not work to the front door, so keep your phone on you or memorize the long door code.

We were originally booked in a different condo but were moved here due to construction. The company handled the change smoothly, and this condo ended up being perfect for our stay. It checked all our boxes—relaxed location, clean building and pool, and an uncrowded beach.A few tips for future renters: the bedrooms have slat blinds, so if you prefer complete darkness, bring an eye mask. Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent are provided in starter amounts, but you may want extras if traveling with a group. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler were included, which made beach days so easy, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a nice bonus.The building felt very safe with secure entry, and overall we had a wonderful experience—no complaints, just a few helpful notes for the next guest.

Broken bed, which they knew about and emailed us 2 days before check in. Enough time to replace before we arrived but didn’t. Not clean, 1/2 eaten cookie and crumbs in bedroom night stand. Something splattered on living room wall that hadn’t been wiped down. Crumbs in kitchen drawers. Burned out light bulbs in the bathroom.

Overall this place was gorgeous and what we needed. It was very clean. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that the main patio door did not lock and that made me nervous with 3 kids 5 and under. I reported it for future reference but then realized by reading previous reviews this has been broke for a while and that made me at unease. Also the ice machine was broke which was very inconvenient.

Bad experience with Vacasa

Dryer went out in the unit and it did not get replaced prior to check out even though we were told that it would be replaced. We also experienced low water pressure and we couldn’t flush the toilets properly due to the low water pressure.

The apartment is super comfortable, nice, full furnished, nice beach apartment decoration, good space, the view is super nice. The building is outdated and I will add improve the balcony area, but overall is good, we spent a fantastic weekend and will return. The building has pool and the beach has umbrellas and beach chair that can be rented. The area around is super nice. Again, I will recommend this place over and over!

Great vacation getaway!

Great spot to have a ladies weekend away! I live in the area and had friends come to town for the weekend. Good accommodations with plenty of room for all of us. Loved the beach theme decor! The views are amazing and it has Caddy's across the street for a fun night of live music, drinks and good food. The only suggestion I would give is to provide more towels and some kind of dish cloths or scrub for cleaning dishes. Other than those very minimal things, I would definitely stay here again!

Management subpar

The owners have a beautiful property! We love the location, the beautiful sunsets and gulf views! However, the management (VACASA)was terrible. 3 days after our check in water started streaming out of a can light in the kitchen. We had to place a garbage can on the kitchen counter to catch the water. Called VACASA Tuesday night to report problem. Stayed home Wednesday from a family fishing trip to wait for management to come. No one showed up. 3 days later streaming water happened again. Soffit in kitchen is soft as is ceiling in guest bathroom. Supposedly a washing machine was leaking from unit above. Management came to our unit a week after reported problem. I also mentioned that a drawer front in kitchen was detached and we couldn’t get into the storage closet on the patio where beach chairs are kept. No one addressed those issues. My husband bought wood glue and fixed the drawer. We also bought a board for sliding door because it would not lock. Owners…you might need a new management company.

Spoiled by Construction

No advanced communication about construction at the complex ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise lovely condo and view of the ocean. Nothing was posted on the original website when condo was booked. Constant noise, dust, and workers on our balcony. Also, lack of access to our pool required us to go next door to share a pool and hot tub.

Nice place but …

Starting off, this does not reflect my feeling in the rental because that was very nice . My GF and kids arrived in a separate car and the security guard guy approached her as she got out of the car so she asked him can you tell me where guest parking was ? He replied there is no parking if you don’t have a sticker & said do you see the sign and pointed and said you will be towed . She replied we are just checking in and he continued to be RUDE with his tone very unfriendly and told her to park the car in the compact space . As she went up to get the pass from our room she could hear him tell another guest he had to get Into it with my GF Loud enough for her to hear him so another argument took place . After I got the call and arrived I was about ready to punch the guy . He should not be working there treating guests as rudely as he did . The property and room was very nice from the pool , hottub and beach access . Great view from our room also . Very pleased with all that . The building is aged pretty good and elevator 1 of 2 worked and was “very slow” so the building needs to fix that for all guests .

Perfect in every way

Loved our location. Caddy’s across the street for lunch or dinner was ideal. Condo was the cleanest condo we ever stayed in. Updated and perfectly furnished. Beach chairs and cooler great addition and beds were so comfortable. Rented beach cabana right below us. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would and I usually only go said high as 4 stars. Just perfect! Thank you

Bringing us together

Our stay was exceptional, as we entered the smell of clean was apparent and the pictures were true to the property. The beds were super comfy and everything was prepared and ready for our stay. The view was amazing of course so even for the members of my family who couldn’t do the beach they still could view the beach and not miss out on anything.

Great Place!

We had a GREAT stay. We have 4 kids (7,12,15,16). Went to a few local attractions, and spent 3 days bouncing back and forth between the Gulf and the pool. Quiet spot, but everything you need is close. There's a restaurant/ bar directly across the street (Caddy's) that's on the intercoastal, and has live music every day/ into the night. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Condo was very nice, in a great location within 5 mins by car to amazing restaurants. Communication with the rental agency was great. Lesson learned: check the outside closet for chairs before you go buy some 😉

Sports event

We stayed here while my daughter had a sports event in Tampa. The view is amazing, beach and pool are awesome! The location is great ! The condo is very spacious, we had LOTS of room for me my wife & 2 teenaged kids . Only frustrating thing is the electric lock on the condo is difficult to use , need to type code in 2-3 times for it to open . Other than that everything was perfect!

Great views

The condo was as expected, the location was great with excellent views. The building is a bit dated but was cleaned every day. Lots of families with children in the area - if you prefer a family oriented area this is the place - if you prefer a less crowded area you may want to evaluate the time of the year to visit . Great views and excellent beach.
