This quaint two-bedroom 'home away from home' is on a residential street, just 75 steps off the serene, white sands of North Clearwater Beach. You really don’t need a car for this location. It’s within 1 mile of everything and there’s plenty of choices within 1/2 of a mile. It’s located on a quiet residential street In a Florida-style residential neighborhood, the street ends at the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or stroll safely to the beach without crossing streets, yet walk a few blocks south to the mainstream of Clearwater Beach and you'll find more activities, restaurants, shops, and beach events when it suits you. In this house, you'll have the best of both worlds waiting outside your door!. The house is all on ground level, making it ideal for children, strollers, etc. I do not call it wheelchair accessible due to the 1 step up to enter the house. The large enclosed and screened front porch makes the perfect landing pad for your beach gear, and is outfitted with chairs, a loveseat and other accessories. Stepping into the living room, you'll find hardwood floors with areas rugs, plenty of seating, and leading to a formal dining room with seating for six. Beyond the dining room is a full-sized kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and up-to-date appliances, dishes, accessories and ample cabinet space. It opens to an enclosed back yard where you can grill or relax in the shade. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a central bath with a shower, no tub. Outdoor showers are next to the front and rear entrances. This beach house is fully equipped for your enjoyment and relaxation, just bring your personal items and make yourself at home. Off street parking for one car is right outside, 5 steps from the front door. Please note that there are 3 units on this property. Each is self-sufficient and private. Meaning you share nothing with your neighbors other than the driveway (assigned parking for each) and the laundry area. With that said, IF your group is more than 5 people this property can accommodate 4 additional people in the other 2 units. This is a popular feature if you’re coming with people who want to be close by but have their own space. If you are only 2 people perhaps one of them will meet your needs. Frequent volleyball and other tournaments and contests are held here, and many restaurants and bars feature live music by day and night. Our restaurants have an exceptional assortment of fresh seafood, as the docks are located nearby. There are several golf courses nearby.  For the family, the Clearwater Aquarium, miniature golf courses, street fests, activities on the Pier, and more are held on a regular basis. Splash Island Water Park is just down the coast on St. Petersburg's beach. Major attractions in Tampa are the Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, just to name a few. Within two hours you can get to everything in Orlando: Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Theme Parks and more. Thank you.
