This unit is completely updated and modern! Enjoy a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay, pool and hot tub! Watch dolphins every morning while sipping your coffee, or while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening!

A 7-minute drive to Madeira Beach, and close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping within 7 minutes. Lots to do; close to fishing including deep sea, and jet skiing.

1 bedroom, sleeps 4; comfy pull-out.

We have equipped the condo for you! We have cooking and eating utensils, cups incl. wine glasses, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, towels incl. beach, and some basic necessities (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags.

A washer and dryer in the until w/ a full shower and bathtub.

Free parking, a BBQ grill area on the ground floor, Wi-Fi, 130 most popular TV channels (incl. sports, news ), YouTube, Netflix & Prime.

Really enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the long views of the bay was great. You’re also 10 minutes from some beautiful beaches. All in all we had a lovely stay. Our host was great - very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely stay there again.

This trip to Boca Ciega was one of the best choices we made for our short getaway. Well equipped and maintained. Host Diane was fast to respond with any questions we had. This property is amazing. Very clean, and the view speaks for itself. This is my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. Great Stay!

The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for those days when we wanted to cook and close to several restaurants when we didn't. A Publix grocery store and a Walgreens are nearby. View from the balcony over the pool, palm trees and the bay is gorgeous. Pool and hot tub area are lovely. Diane, the host, was excellent to deal with, very responsive. We definitely hope to return next year.

The condo was just as expected, clean & inviting. The balcony was fantastic, coffee every morning enjoying the view. Most days saw dolphin’s in the water, one day saw a manatee by the dock. Saw something never seen before, the gentleman taking care of pool was scrubbing the top & bottom on each lounge chair. Madeira beach was less than 10 mins away & beautiful beach. A wonderful home-away-from home

I stayed at Boca Ciega Resort February 8-March 1. It should tell you something that I tried to book the property for 2024 within a day or so of my arrival and found that it was already booked! The building is close to a number of businesses, which makes for convenient shopping: Publix, Wawa, Total Wine,Dollar General, etc. There is a fun restaurant-Doc Fords- within a very short walk. Madeira Beach is about a 10-minute ride away, and Treasure Island about 20. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. King size bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was what drew me to this property in the first place; it did not disappoint! Working with Diane was a most pleasant experience. She was very easy to work with and very prompt to respond to any inquiries. I would love to stay in her condo next year, but I suppose it's not meant to be!

Loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Saw dolphins almost every day! Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Property is close to everything you need. A great location!
