'Klaudine and Esther were friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The hotel was right in the heart of the city- walking distance to everything! The room was very clean and spacious for 3 adults. We had breakfast included in our booking however the buffet was fairly simple but we could order hot breakfast (egg, bread, veggies). Parking around the corner for $10 per exit was great and approx 3 min walk'

'Amenities are great, the room has a kitchen and even laundry machines. The location is good with an excellent Thai restaurant nearby and a bus stop across the street, but it takes 15-20 minutes walk to the downtown.'

'The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel excellent. Rooms very clean. Trams going under room noisy but trams stop running at night. Pub down the road stopped their music at 1am and patrons were a noisy going home. Tv worked during the day but keeper stopping at night.'

'Clean room. Check in was easy and didn't interact with any staff for the two nights I was there because I didn't need to. Has a washing and drier but not much other amenities.'

'I didn’t like the room service breakfast. This morning I had ordered peaches and got pears. The Danish pastries were cold and unappetising. The weetbix and the trim milk were great. Having said that I will stay at pavilions again. Please fix the lock on the door to room 807. Cheers'

'Staff were very welcoming and gave us early access to our room. Greatly appreciated, after a very stressful early morning that saw us nearly not make the trip. Awesome location, to town, restaurants and One Stadium. Highly recommend for that. There was a bit of noise from plumbing pipes in other areas - were woken early on our first night due to that. Cool looking place, with a great vibe. '

'The unit was super comfortable with quality fittings and bedding, fit provides everything we needed including good kitchenette facilities. The parking is secured at night with key entry which was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful with an easy walk to restaurants, the town centre and the new stadium. The cream on top of a really great property was the wonderful host, we will for sure be back! '

'Brand new motel in the centre of Christchurch. Good value for the money. Great accomodation. It’s on a busy intersection so expect traffic sounds. Great, fast Wifi! A few tips for the motel: lights are very, very bright and not dimable maybe include a tablelamp? Some decoration would be nice, room feels ‘cold’. Blinds let in a lot of light on the sides, curtains would be better.'

'We had a wonderful stay. Rick was very welcoming, he gave us great tips for our travels and was a very friendly guy! The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely coffee and a fab jet bathtub too.'
