'This place is a beautiful getaway. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I loved the view of the bridge and how there was even a little balcony to hang out on and watch the ships come to port. The fireplace puts out a ton of heat which was amazing. The breakfast was a collaboration of local vendors and the food was fresh and delicious. Even the coffee was on point. The staff was courtious and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. This place has a lot to offer. 10 out of 10 would visit...

'The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and personable. Our suite was very clean and the views were incredible! I was a little disappointed that the shower water didn’t get very hot and that the hot tub was not very hot either. Aside from those two things it was a great experience!'

'It was a beautiful room. We didn't have a problem navigating the smart features. Getting in and out wasn't a problem. Parking was a bit of a trick as I am in a wheelchair. Again, we figured it out. We will definitely consider The Intrepid again. Try it. You won't be disappointed.'

'Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon!
