'I enjoyed staying at the Monarch. It is the best hotel in the Dagupan area and you cannot beat the price either. My mom was wheel-chair bound and the staff were very professional and accommodating in helping her.'

'Overall the hotel is great and definitely a nice place in the middle of the fields. I definitely come back here. Only comment is they need to make it standard to clean and service the rooms daily. Twice during my week stay I arrive in the afternoon with my bed and bathroom looking the same when I left in the morning. I have been in many hotels worldwide and usually, a guest would request for their rooms NOT to be made and not the other way around. Plus the management should have ample supplies,...

'I pivked the hotel for convenience for an event i was going to attend. Location is center of the city w easy walk to downtown and transportation. The staff are very personable, friendly and professional, restaurant menu for breakfast was top-notch. The room was perfect and cozy, had my best sleep here! Cheerful and bright lobby! Best decision ever! '

'Oud hotel. Veel staf, weinig gasten. Lucht uit keuken komt de kamer in via ventilatie. Vrijwel geen warmwater. Asbak aanwezig in niet roken kamers. Geen ontbijt of koffie beschikbaar als je vroeg opstaat. Matig ontbijt en beperkte keuze. Te duur voor wat je krijgt.'
