This Penthouse is professionally decorated in a rustic contemporary theme in over 2,100 sq. ft. with 4 spacious bedrooms. It has stairs or an elevator so anyone can stay and the floor plan is all one level. Enjoy spectacular views of Snow Canyon, Pine Mountain, the pool, and the city! This Penthouse is uniquely situated to enjoy unrestricted views of our gorgeous Southern Utah sunsets. Within walking distance of miles and miles of mountain biking and ATV Trails right from your front door. Close to downtown St George restaurants, entertainment, and much more!

The Penthouse is equipped with a dining table for 8, a game table that will seat 4 more, and 4 additional seating at the kitchen bar. BBQ, and outdoor seating. The Living Room has a leather Sofa, 4 armchairs, several ottoman's and a 65 inch flat screen TV for entertainment. The Kitchen has all the amenities the family chef will need to prepare and serve meals. Don't forget to use the grill on the deck for delicious barbecues.

Enjoy catching rays and laying by the massive resort style pool. Play Pickleball, or Basketball on our resort courts, or relax in the hot tub. Those who enjoy the outdoors will have the option of challenging themselves to the most sought after mountain biking trails in Southern Utah. If there’s interest in wakeboarding, water skiing, or boating, Estancia is less than 20 minutes from Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Hiking is next door, or within a 15 minute drive to Snow Canyon State Park, or 60 minutes from the World Famous hikes at Zions National Park! Lastly, we are a 3-5 minute drive to downtown St George for shopping and amazing food locations! Close proximity to Green Valley Gap and related rocking climbing, mountain biking, hiking.

Great family vacay

We absolutely loved staying in this unit. We needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate our group. But what we especially loved was the awesome gathering space this condo offers. There is a good sized family room and kitchen. So often even 4 bedroom places have tiny kitchens and gathering spaces. This was just perfect for our group that included teens and littles. The kitchen is very well-appointed and so easy to cook in for a group. The amenities at Estancia are also really fun - super pool.

Great Property

We loved the location. The condo was well equipped. Loved the pool and pickleball courts. Fun to play Pac-Man in the video game machine. Every bedroom has large TV and comfortable beds. Nice to have en suite bathrooms. Just two small improvements. It seems that the lock box on the front door would not work during times of day when it had direct sunlight. I think it gets too hot and won’t function. The second is that the ceiling fans have been neglected and are crusted in dust. Lots of sneezing. Easy to fix on your next cleaning cycle. Thanks for a great stay. We would stay again.

Awesome place!!

This rental was awesome! We had two families share the rental with a total of 4 adults and 11 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. There were plenty of towels for a weekend full of being in and out of the pool all day. The pickle ball courts looked great, but we never got a chance to use them because it was 109 degrees that weekend. But they would have been fun. It was great to be able to view the pool and courts from the balcony. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because it was not fully cleaned. Most of the place was immaculate, but it looked like the cleaners missed one of the bedrooms. It was very obvious that the sheets were dirty and the bathroom trash was full to the brim, and it had hypodermic needles in it (probably from the last guest). Thankfully adults were staying in that room and we were able to dispose of the trash. The shower had an old used bar of soap in it too. But like I said, all the other rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely rent this location again.

Family Reunion

We loved the property and the Penthouse condo we stayed in. We had two families stay comfortably in it and still had room to move about. The pickle ball courts were nice. The pool was nice but could be a little bigger to support the volume of people using it. They were having trouble keeping the chemical levels correct and had to close the pool on Friday until 6pm which was disappointing. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Wonder place for a St George Stay with Family

The unit is absolutely as described, but the photos don’t do the unit justice. The entire unit is spacious and nicely decorated, and the attention to detail is wonderful. There are a lot of house “rules”, like which towels to use where, but none of them are burdensome, and they are completely understandable in the effort to keep the unit nice for the next guest. This unit is obviously cared-for, and it shows. They provide enough supplies (including laundry detergent) to get guest started with their stay. Everything feels new and/or well maintained. The until is clean, and really handles a large group as needed. It could easily accommodate 3 small families without any loss of privacy. Our extended family was mainly there for our daughter’s softball tournament, but the unit served as a great central location to get to the local games, branch out to other activities, or just relax by the pool. The balcony of this unit has a great view of the pool, which helped the mom’s watch the teenagers while kicking-back. The unit is spacious, with an en-suite bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The 8 of us could all choose to mingle or take a few moments to ourselves as we chose. This unit provided everything we were wanted or needed. Some of the highlights including hiking through the local hills, using the pool and pickle-ball courts, renting the e-scooters station feet from the complex. We were minutes away from wonderful restaurants, and less than an hour from Zion National park and Sand hollow recreation area. We will be back. Thank you for the wonderful condo for the week.

Comfortable and spacious

The place was bigger than we thought and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed all of the sight seeing and hiking that this area had to offer and loved coming back to relax in such a spacious and beautiful resort. We have stayed here once before but this was by far our best visit. Thank you for such a fun a memorable vacation for my family.
