Small events are allowed only with prior homeowner approval, and an additional event fee applies. Please request and receive approval before finalizing your booking. If a reservation is completed without prior event approval and the event is not approved, no exceptions can be made to the posted cancellation policy.

Undisclosed or unapproved events will incur additional fines.

Pets strictly prohibited. $500 fine if traveling with pets.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
