This unit is very rough around the edges and everything was very well used. When we first arrived I had to clean the kitchen floor as there was dirt and crumbs everywhere. The upstairs shower I had to clean as well, it had dirt, grime, and mildew on both the shower floor and the shower head. There was also water sitting in the shower as the tap seemed to be constantly leaking and the drain was clogged/slow to drain so when you showered you were standing in quite a bit of water. This unit is a duplex and you can hear the neighbors clear as day through all hours of both the day and night. The neighborhood itself was slightly uncomfortable as there were multiple altercations occurring late in the night right outside the unit and street, including instances where people were coming to the front door of the unit yelling, and wandering up the driveway lingering around the side of the house and my vehicle. It was hard to tell if these people were intoxicated or looking to break in to our vehicle.
