  • Centered right in town, this apartment is convenient for all your needs. Bottom floor with a back and front patio, all appliances including a washer and dryer. Pet friendly with plenty of parking. Good for long and short term stays.

    This is an older property built in 1888! Please be aware it has the quirks of an old house and do not expect it to be perfect. However it is comfortable, cozy, and should be enough to satisfy your needs!

Loved the location and the amount of space. It was perfect for our visit to family in the area. Great place for walks and jogs through town.

We were looking for a place for overflow guests from our lake accommodations. This host's apartments were perfect. (Host owns both apartments in duplex) Added bonus, my outta state guests loved West Brookfield, the quintessential New England town.

Great place for couples, especially with pets.

Great place to stay with pets. We have a large dog and a cat and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice neighborhood with houses from the mid-1800s. Cute town.

Great cozy apartment

The apartment was very clean. It’s cozy, but had enough room for my family of 4. The house it’s a classic older New England home. It’s in the downtown part of a small cute town. Overall it was a really good experience!

Great location and amenities

The apartment was clean, stocked with all you need and the location was just off the Main Street so stores and restaurants were walkable. Ample parking behind the unit. Comfortable bedrooms and furniture.

Just okay

Very old house/apartment. Sheets clean, beds mediocre, everything felt old, dirty. Lots of bugs. We really only slept and ate breakfast there, so it met our need.

Only :17 Min to Palmer Motorsports!

This 1st level unit was perfect for us. Clean, linens provided, and stocked kitchen for a short stay. Paper towels would have been good to have by sink. Cell service is weak so the WiFi is critical-be sure to save your check-in details before you come to the area.

Perfect location for visit with family in N. Brookfield

The property location was very convenient to our family in N. Brookfield. The space was clean and roomy. A little more information on site about tthe process for using the digital locks would be helpful. Also information about whether or not there would be guests in the upstairs unit would have been welcome.

It was a great place in the heart of the state

The place was clean- had a bedroom for everyone and was right in the middle.of the state. Perfect for us to travel around each direction. The only complaint would be 1 bedroom didnt have A/C and if it was really hot it could be a problem. The kitchen could use a bit more tools. 4.5 stars total.

The rental was nice and roomy. The rental itself was a little un kept. The furniture is old stained. The rental was a little dirty. The back parking lot was unkept and the porch area was dirty, windows and not cleaned well.

Old in a neighborhood with lots of run down places. Needs some details taken care of. Step are dangerous. Light on porch flickers. Inside has no hooks. Window privacy needs more consideration. Couch under an old blanket is torn up. Kitchen ware is dirty. Cutting board is unhealthy. Parking is not as described. Beds were comfy.

The property looked different in the pictures. It's very old. There were upstairs neighbors and though they weren't loud, the footsteps kept the kids from sleeping. We left some candy (in wrappers) on the counter and found that mice got into it. The place could have been much cleaner. The communication with the manager was fine and it wasn't expensive.
