'I booked this property due to the reviews & someone who previously lived in Washington DC years ago told me that the area was OK. We arrived at 8:30 pm to a project looking apartment complex across the street having people all out and smoking marijuana. I was planning on staying here with my four children, my husband and my elderly parents. I called the property owner immediately and explained our situation. 'We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. 'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'

'Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. 'The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. '

'Terrible!! Paid for parking garage. never received parking pass. So we had to park almost 15 mins away. They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund. ALSO airplanes and trains go by about every 5 mins its EXTREMELY LOUD.'

'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident.
