Pavala was a fantastic host. Could not have been more helpful. Apartment in fabulous location central yet quiet. Beds comfy. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. A fabulous outdoor area. Nice views. We didn’t appreciate there would be no seperate lounge. There is one (uncomfy) 2 seater sofa in a corner of the kitchen which with a young family in Oct meant there was nowhere comfy to sit and relax together. All in all we loved it and thought it was a great value apartment with a fabulous host who was so accomodating and helpful.

Six nights in Split

I stayed in this apartment as 1 of 6 eighteen-year old girls on our first holiday abroad together. The host Pavla couldn’t have been more helpful and we had a brilliant stay. Would highly recommend the property to other young travellers due to its great location and wonderful host who helped us settle in.

Great location, great host

Excellent host and helped with our requests on things to do and even sorted our airport transfer. Accommodation clean, bright and more than enough for my family of four (kids now 16 & 18). Location is only a short walk to the centre, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend if you want a roomy central location with some charm to it. Thanks

Great Location

Just a 5 min walk from the Split waterfront, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property. As a family of 5 this was a great place to stay. Clean tidy and comfortable and quiet. As many restaurants where very close we ate out for breakfast and dinner. The property manager was very helpful with our check in and gave us great advice.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, die Innenstadt(Mitte) ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Schon auf dem Weg liegen einige gute Restaurants.

Fantastic house and location!

We absolutely loved this home for our Split stay for 5 people. Our only hiccup was that we didn't realize that we needed to park in a nearby parking structure as this home is in the old town and there are no cars allowed there. From the parking structure, it is about a 5-10 minute walk with some incline. It would be a pain if you have a lot of luggage. The bedrooms are air-conditioned which is a plus! The house is tastefully decorated and the two full bathrooms are a plus for a larger group. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and by far, our host, Pavla is at the top of the list. She was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! She treats this home like her own and wanted to make our experience as great as possible. We arrived later than we wanted because we had car trouble. Our plan was to drive our car up to Plitvice National park the next day, but due to our car troubles, we were hesitant to drive ourselves. At a very late hour, Pavla sat with us in the kitchen and made phone calls to get us booked on a tour for early the next morning. That was above and beyond what she needed to do for us. The tour was fantastic and very memorable. I can't say enough about how great a host Pavla is. She helped to make our visit to Split a wonderful experience. I would book this house again without question. Thank you Pavla!!
