GOOD TO KNOW

This studio is attached to our family home.

We have two boys (a teen and a young child), so you may occasionally hear normal daytime activity. We keep things quiet during evenings and early mornings.

HOUSE RULES

Max occupancy: 2 guests (or 2 + child with approval)
No pets
No smoking or vaping
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Rental agreement required before check-in
