Best Rental Property Ever

This was a beautiful cottage. Nice porches and neighborhood. Very clean. There is not one thing bad about it. Loved it!

Enjoyed it.

The little things begin to add up. Ice maker did not work. Master bedroom toilet handle was broken. No tv in master but all bedrooms were supposed to have one. No basic cable or streaming service was available. I did not have my sign in information to use our own services. Powder room toilet handle came loose and I hand tightened it to get us to checkout. I made property management aware of all and also told them to address the issues after our stay. Do not want or need the interruptions.

Family get-away

All ages..grandparents, young parents, grandchild... loved the cottage in Southport's historic district. Quiet street...short walks to downtown for shopping, ice cream and coffee breaks! The main floor master suite was a big plus with 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Very well appointed kitchen. It was a very memorable vacation!

This was an ideal.place to share with couple of friends. Property offers all for a perfect away from home stay. Situated in peaceful area although so close by & walkable to shops restaurants etc. Highly recommend. 🙂. Thanks to all involved in care of property. Well done.

This Was Our Second Stay At Uncorked Cottage.

We love this cottage. We love the welcoming front porch and the rear porch is a perfect spot for reading or a cup of coffee in the morning. The location is Amazing. So close to the waterfront and dining. Walk to shopping. In the evening gather around the fire pit or prepare dinner in the wonderfully appointed kitchen. The ghost tour goes right by the house and the historic jail is directly across the street. There is a shed in the rear with two bikes we used a lot and a convenient exterior electrical outlet to plug in your golf cart. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. The management is johnny on the spot and answered any questions we had immediately! Enjoy your stay! We will be back! 💖

Easter getaway in Southport!

We loved this property and loved the charm that Southport offers! This home has modern coastal decor and was so charming! Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, shopping and Cape Fear. Would definitely return to this lovely home:)

Great Time at Uncorked Cottage

The house was amazing and had everything that we needed ! The layout of the house is really nice and worked so well for three couples . The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this rental !

Southport Stay

Loved the renovated cottage as well as it’s proximity to downtown Southport and local shops. The guys missed the televisions in the bedrooms, which were advertised and even mentioned in the Instruction Booklet. Had a nice time sitting out at the fire pit and loved the large front porch! I’d highly recommend this cottage!

Historic Coastal Get-Away

I have always wanted to visit Southport. My husband and I decided to visit over Labor Day weekend with our daughter and her husband. The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It came with a fully stocked kitchen. Sit and relax on the full front porch or the screened rear porch that offers access to the first floor bedroom. We enjoyed the firepit and the shed stored two bikes that we used to ride to the waterfront. It also had an exterior electrical outlet for golf carts. That came in handy as we rented one. One of the best features was our Property Manager James. He was Amazing. Answered all of our questions immediately and was so gracious! We will be back!

Perfect cottage
