« I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything...

« Do not stay here. I trusted this booking because I trusted Expedia to have decent places and honest reviews. This posting had 10 star reviews which are total lies. Place was disgusting. We stayed for 1 minute, took pictures and left. No towels. Everything was nasty! »

« Extremely convenient location, wonderful bathroom and kitchen spaces. Very comfortable. Excellent communication. »

« This host double booked our room. She didn’t reach out to let me know I had to find out from the people who were there. Also didn’t my full refund, we had traveled all day to find out this terrible news. »

« The Host were exceptional, The property is Close by everything You! I Truly Enjoyed My Stay! »

« I enjoyed this property. Pool was beautiful, room was spacious, comfortable & quiet! Only thing is the coffee maker didn’t work so I had to go down the street for coffee UGH! Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks! »

« Great place, location and host! Highly recommend! Scott always replied quickly and checked in often! »

« Accommodation was fantastic. Loved the location. Very clean and roomy. Getting in was a nightmare, instructions were not very clear and took an hour to finally find the parking lot and entrance. This is a very large complex with many buildings. Pool was great. The host was tardy in getting back to us. Great stay would recommend »

« Absolutely wonderful! Hoping to come back »

« I cannot say enough good things about host or the property. They were so helpful getting settled in, and the property was actually nicer than the photos! Everything you can think of has been provided, coffee pods/sugar/creamer. Complex itself is new and in good shape, Neighboors were quiet and the property grounds were immaculate. We come often for trips to the Mayo Clinic and 100% would stay again. We have stayed at multiple properties in Jax over the last 6 months, this is by far the...
