'The room was nice with refrigerator and Keurig. Be aware of stairs to take luggage down to check in and up many stairs to the elevator to the room. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.'

'Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. '

'This is a wonderful hotel! Excellent service, room was immaculate, stylish and excellent linens and amenities, the restaurant is stylish and good breakfast with a view of the river, I used the Valet service which was spot on, would definitely stay there again.'
