'The room was nice, but there was something sticky on the carpet (eww). Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked...

'This property is conveniently located. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the in room kitchen. The muffins and coffee in the AM were nice. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Rooms are a little older in condition but the shower and bed were fine! Would definitely stay again!'

'If I could opt for negative stars, I would. This facility is WORN OUT. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It is dirty, noisy, falling apart. Curtains in room full of holes and tears and had to clip curtains together for privacy. It is a "non-smoking" hotel, yet next door to me (had one of those rooms with door between mine and other room} guest was smoking cigarettes so stink made it to room. Other joys were a freezer section of room fridge caked with ice so unusable/no space, a half...
