Such a fun property. Easy walk to the beach, ping pong, video games, and our own private pool. We also got to bring our two small dogs. I’d stay here again and recommend it to any group.

Overall a good property. Close to beach, clean, and as advertised. Only issue was lack of hot water. Although the property manager made efforts to correct the problem, we never had hot water during our stay. We did receive a partial refund.

Family Summer Trip

The house looked exactly like what was in the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was spacious enough to fit us all. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a perfect size. We loved how close we were to the public access to the beach. It was a very short walk to two different beach access points. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the evenings when it was cool enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. We had everything we needed to make great family memories.

Great week stay in SPI!

We were pleased with the property! First and foremost, we loved the location to the beach! It was an easy less than 3 min walk! (I also highly recommend SPI equipment rental! They delivered our beach items and picked them back up! So easy and very helpful!!) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large table allowed for our family of 10 to all eat together! It was nice that there were many areas to relax on the huge (almost) wrap around porch! The heated pool was where we spent most of our time! The house had a nice 2 floor layout, however, we travelled with a 1 year old, so it was a little tricky keeping him away from the downstairs steps. (The baby gate we found in garage wasn’t quite big enough to fit). When we called and asked, we were told that a pack n play and high chair were not included in our rental, so we brought our own… Turned out they did have them, which would have really made our travels/packing easier to not have to have had to bring them. And lastly- the kids all LOVED that the house was teal! Overall- we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Good size property First night wasn’t overall happy as the property hadn’t been cleaned as well as we had hoped and the room with the bunk beds needed sheets changing etc. we contacted spi rentals and they then dropped off clean bedding but of course this shouldn’t of needed to be done. Pool nice size Close to beach etc Over all happy.

The Perfect Family Spot!

Our annual family beach trip to SPI was so much fun, thanks to this amazing VRBO rental. The layout of the house was perfect for the adults to relax upstairs while the kids had fun watching movies on the bunk beds. The upper-level decks were great for enjoying the sea breeze and watching our family swim below. And while the pool water was rather warm, the pool was very clean, and our kids had a blast playing in it. The home is in the perfect location, between two beach access points and a beautiful butterfly garden, but not too close to beach bars or big crowds. Its title says it all, and we would gladly stay there again.

Was a wonderful home and perfect for our group

We had a fun mother/son trip and this house was amazing. It for all of us with a bed for everyone. The pool and ping pong table kept the teenage boys occupied for hours. Super close to the beach and bus drop/pick up. It was a great stay and loved every minute.

Beautiful House

The house size was perfect for our family. Location was nice. Walking distance to local beach. Unfortunately the house could have been a little bit cleaner but the most disgusting part was finding blood on the comforter. My poor daughter ended sleeping on the dirty comforter until I identified the dried blood. Management cleaned the comforter right away but was not very apologetic . Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

GREAT RENTAL

This property was pretty much perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and an inviting home. We rented this property with 8 adult women in mind and there was plenty of room. They have a coffee maker and a Keurig, free Wi-Fi, AC, a garage, and very easy access to the beach, plus other amenities. The only negatives I would mention is it would have been great to have the patio/pool furniture and deck cleaned of webs, and open the dishwasher after the last wash. Two very easy fixes. Otherwise, it was perfect. Thanks for this great property.

Kids and more kids

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! We had two families there… 4 adults and 10 kids (all 10 and under)! It was easy for all of us to find a place to sleep and to sit and eat together too. The short walk to the beach was doable even by the two year olds. :) We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard! Very clean and well decorated to get us in the island mood. :) I also appreciated the extra items that they had available for use… boogie boards, beach wagon, high chair, pack n play, etc. I would definitely recommend. Only negative - the only shower/tub downstairs was unavailable to use… so, it took extra time to get 14 people washed up.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Lovely home. Pool was a little cool for the babies but was fine for adults. Temperature was supposed to have been 86 but it was only 80 when we arrived and I'm not sure if it got above that. Probably depends upon the weather. They had a great selection of beach toys like boogie boards, a wagon, and lots of pool toys. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Lots of outside tables and chairs and a big table inside.
